We have 5 weekly departures, which allows us to deliver them as soon as possible. Please note that we do not control the delivery time from the store; we guarantee the delivery time from the moment it is received at the mailbox. In case of delays in transit, beyond our control, we will notify you immediately. An exception to this is shipments handled by USPS, which tend to take many more days for delivery.​

Departures from China to Panama have an approximate transit time of 30 to 45 business days from confirmation of departure, subject to possible delays external to our process. Ocean shipments only.

Venezuela

Air shipments depart from Panama to Venezuela every Tuesday. Delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days from departure from Panama, and sea shipments depart three times a month, with an approximate delivery time of 30 to 45 days, subject to possible delays in customs procedures in Venezuela.

Air shipments depart from Miami to Venezuela on Tuesdays. Delivery typically takes 20 to 25 business days from the date of departure confirmation, subject to possible delays in customs procedures in Venezuela.
