It is an advance notice you give us about a purchase that is on its way. By doing so, our system prepares to track your package, and as soon as it arrives at our warehouse in Miami, it will automatically notify you of the location and arrival of your package.

The ideal moment isas soon as you receive the tracking number.from the store where you made the purchase. Don't wait for the package to arrive at our warehouse; the sooner you notify us, the more efficient the process will be.

It's very simple, you just need to have on hand:

• Tracking Number:The code provided by the store or the carrier (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.).

• Origin store:Where you made the purchase.

• Brief description:What the package contains (e.g. "Sports shoes").

Don't worry, your package will arrive anyway. However, the identification process at the warehouse may take a little longer, and you will not receive automatic notifications of transfer to Panama from the very beginning.

Once the form is submitted, you will see a confirmation message on the screen. Additionally, you will be able to view your active pre-alerts on your user panel and you will start receiving updates as soon as we physically receive the package.
